Account Deletion & Data Retention
At Clubrz, we value your privacy. If you no longer wish to use our platform, you can request the deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
1 How to delete your account:
In-App: Log in to the Clubrz app, go to your Profile, tap the Settings icon, and select "Delete Account". Confirm your request.
- Online Request: If you no longer have the app installed, please email us at
sfrom the email address associated with your account with the subject line "Account Deletion Request."
2 What data will be deleted?
Once your request is processed, the following information will be permanently removed from our active systems:
- Your identity information (name, email address, profile picture).
- Your shopping preferences and saved items.
- Your in-app activity and browsing history.
3 Data Retention Policy
In compliance with financial and tax regulations in the United States (specifically regarding cashback payouts and affiliate commissions):
- Transaction Records: Data related to purchases and earned rewards will be retained for 5 years to fulfill legal obligations and for fraud prevention purposes.
- Outstanding Balances: If you have a pending cashback balance, the account deletion will result in the forfeiture of those funds unless they are cashed out prior to the request.
